Dematerialisation of shares
Dematerialization of shares is the process of transforming physical share certificates into electronic form, which can be
kept in a Demat account. Depository Participants (DPs) registered with the depository, such as NSDL or CDSL, provide this
service.By offering a Demat account and, if necessary, assisting investors in opening one, we aid in the dematerialization
process. We assist investors with completing the required paperwork and submitting it to the depository via the DP.Once the
shares are dematerialized, the investor can hold and sell them electronically, doing away with the requirement for actual
share certificates. This lessens the chance of loss, theft, and fraud related to actual share certificates.
